CANCELLATION POLICY

All clients are required to sign and agree to the Alura Aesthetics consent form. All clients are required to place a valid card on file in order to schedule. The card will not be charged unless a no-show/late cancellation has occurred. No-Show/Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24hrs before the scheduled appointment time OR no-call/no-shows will automatically be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). No-call/ no-shows will result in banning from future appointments. Running Late: Each appointment is given a 10 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, the appointment will automatically be cancelled and the listed No-Show/Late Cancellation Fee will apply. Please text me ahead of time to let me know if you are running behind and I will do my best to accommodate if possible. Forfeit of Appointment: If chosen to forfeit or physically leave the scheduled appointment the day of the appointment — this cancellation is also automatically considered a no-show and the listed No-Show/Late Cancellation Fee will apply. Please contact me if you need to make any changes to your scheduled appointment. All complete transactions, services, and policy fees are NONREFUNDABLE. If any physical problems are reported within the fist 24 hours, I am happy to discuss a solution. All policies are NON-NEGOTIABLE, your signed consent of these policies is a binding agreement of your awareness and agreement to these policies.
